La Pacifica 2

The La Pacifica business park, located within the 400-acre master-planned Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre, is designed to provide the fast-growing Oceanside community with much needed distribution / manufacturing space in a central, easily accessible location. The 30-acre project is being built in two phases. La Pacifica 1, the completed first phase totaling 226,220 square feet was sold to RREEF in third quarter 2006. The second phase, La Pacifica 2, will consist of three buildings totaling 242,278 square feet. Construction start date is TBD.
